Following the success of Animated Today Gigabyte Solutions Ltd looked for ways to create full screen Animated Themes where the animation appears behind the Today plugins rather than underneath them.

FlashDash acheived this goal by provide a complete Today screen replacement system including Appointment View, Tasks View, Battery & Memory Display, Program Launcher, Task Manager and Theme Manager all in a signle integrated interface.

FlashDash Themes use the same format as Animated Today 3 themes, but are full screen animations that are scaled to fit whatever resolution the device is using. The animations run behind all of the desktop functionality provided by FlashDash.

FlashDash can also display all Animated Today 3 themes which are then aligned to the bottom of the screen, which is the usual location theme authors intended them to be displayed in.
